About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Project Coordinator Intern

to support our project management team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn how projects are planned, executed, monitored, and delivered in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating project activities and timelines.

Communicate with internal teams to gather project updates and track progress.

Help in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Participate in client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Support the project manager in daily operational tasks.

Ensure project tasks are completed within deadlines.

Help coordinate resources and maintain project schedules.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Basic understanding of IT projects (added advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.

Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.

Freshers with an interest in project management may also apply.
