Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery:
Overseeing all aspects of project implementation, from planning to final execution.
Process Optimization & Innovation:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Compliance & Quality Management:
Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Budget & Cost Control:
Managing project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and minimizing financial risks.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
Identifying potential project risks and implementing preventive measures.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Acting as a liaison between management, clients, contractors, and external agencies.
Safety & Environmental Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental standards.
Reporting & Documentations
: Ensure proper documentation of project milestones, approvals, and compliance reports
Vendor & Contract Management:
Negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure timely material procurement.
Team Leadership & Development:
Leading, mentoring, and motivating project teams for high performance.
