Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients, development teams, testers, and management. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in the successful execution of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Quickly and accurately understand customer requirements and effectively communicate them to the team. - Coordinate with developers, testers, clients, and management to maintain project alignment. - Provide support to clients for issue resolution and act as the primary contact for problem-solving. - Prepare, maintain, and track documentation, reports, and project updates. - Regularly share project updates with management through reports, presentations, or direct communication. - Create project reports, timelines, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Monitor and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, adapting to changing project needs and risks. - Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning. - Engage with stakeholders, ensuring their comfort and assurance throughout project phases. - Support decision-making processes by offering accurate data, reports, and insights. - Utilize project management tools like Zoho Projects, Jira, or similar platforms. - Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong follow-through to support leadership. - Work independently with minimal supervision while fostering strong interpersonal collaboration. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field. - Good understanding of project management principles. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, or similar. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written). - Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments. - Strong documentation, reporting, tracking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Basic technical knowledge relevant to the industry. - Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, follow-up, and accountability skills. Please note, the company benefits include Provident Fund, and the preferred language for work is English. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and is based in Mumbai HO, reporting to the Project Manager / Delivery Manager.
