Role & responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day progress of utility-scale solar projects between EPC teams, vendors, contractors, site engineers and management Track project schedules for civil, mechanical and electrical execution ensuring milestones are achieved on time Prepare daily/weekly MIS including progress photos, manpower reports, material status and pending work tracker Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of modules, inverters, MMS, cables and other BoS items Assist in procurement documentation, GRN, logistics monitoring, inward/outward material registers Review site quality and safety compliance and escalate issues promptly to management Resolve day-to-day operational bottlenecks by proactively coordinating with relevant vendors Keep the Management updated with timely reports on project risks, delays, concerns and material shortages Travel regularly to project sites for inspection and reporting (Agra–Fatehabad region)
