Project Coordinator Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator (Fresher) with basic technical knowledge and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution while working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams on daily project activities
• Track project progress, timelines, and task status
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Communicate project updates clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
• Support sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and follow-ups
• Identify and escalate risks or delays to the project manager
• Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher with basic technical knowledge (software development lifecycle, IT concepts)
• Understanding of web/app development basics (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Excel is a plus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Internship or academic project coordination experience
