Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to learn the fundamentals of project management, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a full-fledged Project Coordinator role.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, including timelines, resources, and tasks.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support in maintaining project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, and schedules.
• Help in assigning tasks to team members and tracking progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Assist in coordinating resources, including equipment and personnel, as needed for project execution.
• Support monitoring of project expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
• Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (final-year students can also apply).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
