Project Coordinator Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Trainee with a background in IT or Computer Science education to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across departments. This role is designed for fresh graduates in IT/Engineering who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are on track.
• Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Help monitor timelines and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Participate in project review meetings and share updates as required.
• Learn to identify potential risks and support in problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (B.Tech, B.Sc IT, MCA, etc.).
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in learning project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Awareness of basic project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Internship or academic project experience in IT project coordination or software-related projects.
• Certification or online courses in project management (optional but a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
