About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Trainee with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.

This position is ideal for freshers who wish to develop their career in project management, client servicing, and leadership roles within the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between clients and the creative/production team.
• Write professional emails for client communication and project updates.
• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and reports.
• Track progress of projects and follow up with internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Support senior project managers in day-to-day activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong email writing skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, disciplined, and adaptable approach.
