Project Coordinator Trainee

About the Role

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing SaaS organization
• This entry-level role is ideal for an MBA graduate who is eager to build a career in project management, client coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration
• You will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring SaaS implementation and delivery projects
• What youll be doingAssist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities
• Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and maintaining project trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Support, etc
• ) to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Help manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, project reports, and client updates
• Gather and analyze project-related data for reporting and decision-making
• Ensure all project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and aligned with internal standards
• Assist in onboarding and implementation activities for SaaS customers
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or software implementation (added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
