Project Coordinator

As an IP CEN Care Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, and coordinating various project activities related to IP CEN care. Your role will require strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Program Managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting project activities. - Track project milestones and ensure the timely completion of tasks. - Generate and maintain critical project trackers, including: - HW Failure Tracker - RMA Tracker - Installed Base Tracker - High Temp Reports - Prepare monthly SLA Compliance Reports, including SLA Violation Corrections. - Support the creation and maintenance of the Care Dashboard and related reports. - Facilitate day-to-day interactions with internal teams such as GWC, HWS, TAC, CTA, FF, and external customers. - Coordinate Meeting of the Minds (MOM) tracking and follow-ups. - Track project handover of nodes to care. - Coordinate site audits, interventions, and ensure proper documentation. - Conduct field visits when necessary to support project activities. - Utilize care tools such as SF, ERM, and others for project tracking. - Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analytical tools. - Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for resource management. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination. You will also need the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with 24x7 involvement.,
