Job Description

Organization: Swadhar IDWC
Location: Pune
Designation: Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee implementation of education projects in schools, ICDS centres, and communities.
Liaise with school authorities, Education Department, and WCD/ICDS officials to obtain permissions and ensure smooth execution.
Plan and monitor project activities such as classes, training, assessments, events, and exposure visits.
Conduct school/class visits and provide guidance to field staff for quality implementation.
Organize training sessions for teachers and field staff; prepare training materials as required.
Supervise and support field teams (Supervisors, Teachers, Balvikasinis) in daily operations.
Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual progress reports and share with project heads.
Coordinate with the accounts team for budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Participate actively in review meetings and represent the project at network forums.

Eligibility & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work / Education / Management or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in education or child development projects.
Strong communication, reporting, and team management skills.
Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email communication).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
