Job Description: The responsibilities include the following: i. To answer the phone calls ii. To arrange, receive, sort and distribute mails and couriers and maintain the records iii. To manage the requirement of the head-office like stationary, pantry items and the required items during the meetings iv. To book the hall for the meetings as per the intimation by the concerned staff or member v. To provide an administrative support in ensuring efficient office operations. e.g. - file management, maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. vi. To monitor the admin expenses of head-office, submitting vouchers of the admin expenses to the accounts department with the signatures of authorized signatories vii. To coordinate with staff and vendors to resolve any issues raised by the staff and to fulfil the requirements related the technical items viii. To handle organization’s social media accounts. ix. To maintain and update various registers x. To handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and security in compliance with privacy policies and regulations. xi. To handle the mail communication as and when required in English as well as Marathi. Organization: Swadhar IDWC Location: Pune Designation: Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee implementation of education projects in schools, ICDS centres, and communities. Liaise with school authorities, Education Department, and WCD/ICDS officials to obtain permissions and ensure smooth execution. Plan and monitor project activities such as classes, training, assessments, events, and exposure visits. Conduct school/class visits and provide guidance to field staff for quality implementation. Organize training sessions for teachers and field staff; prepare training materials as required. Supervise and support field teams (Supervisors, Teachers, Balvikasinis) in daily operations. Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual progress reports and share with project heads. Coordinate with the accounts team for budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting. Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and stakeholders. Participate actively in review meetings and represent the project at network forums. Eligibility & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work / Education / Management or related field. 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in education or child development projects.
