Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our design and construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accurate and timely production of drawings, and coordinating with other disciplines to support project goals from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Produce construction documents, drawings, and schedules based on project specifications. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency. Perform clash detection and resolve modeling issues using tools like Navisworks or Solibri. Update models based on redlines, field reports, and as-built information. Follow company BIM standards and contribute to process improvements. Participate in project meetings and contribute to BIM coordination efforts. Assist in the preparation of presentations, visualizations, and reports as needed. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling or a similar role. Proficient in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Strong understanding of building construction processes and systems. Knowledge of local building codes and standards is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience in parametric modeling and family creation. Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud. Basic scripting knowledge (Dynamo, Python) is an advantage. LEED, ISO, or other certification is a plus. Work Environment: Office-based with occasional site visits. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Pipeline/Piping Designer or Draftsman with experience in digitization of legacy engineering drawings and data for oil & gas facilities. The role involves converting scanned drawings, redlines, and hand-drawn piping diagrams into accurate digital formats (CAD/3D models), ensuring alignment with current engineering standards and database requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret legacy (paper or scanned) pipeline and piping drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and general arrangement drawings. Digitize drawings into CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, or equivalent). Develop and update accurate 2D and/or 3D models using modern design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Plant 3D, SmartPlant, PDMS, E3D). Ensure consistency and compliance with industry codes (ASME, API) and project specifications. Tag and structure data associated with drawings to integrate into digital databases (e.g., SAP, AVEVA, Hexagon tools). Coordinate with engineers, document control, and GIS/data teams to validate inputs and resolve discrepancies. Manage file naming, revision control, and data integrity in digital document management systems (DMS/EDMS). Support efforts to migrate drawing data into digital twin environments or asset management systems. Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines while handling sensitive engineering documents. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or equivalent. 38 years of experience in oil & gas piping or pipeline drafting/design. Strong expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, Plant 3D, MicroStation, SmartPlant, etc.). Experience in digitization/conversion of paper-based drawings to digital formats. Knowledge of piping specifications, valve types, materials, and instrumentation layouts. Familiarity with document management systems and digital data structures. Experience with GIS tools or data integration systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and legends accurately. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with digital twin platforms, BIM, or 3D scanning workflows. Familiarity with asset information management tools (e.g., AVEVA NET, Hexagon SDx). Knowledge of data tagging standards (e.g., ISO 15926, CFIHOS). Exposure to SCADA, GIS, or pipeline integrity systems.
