Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To coordinate with the Sites for civil and structural works related to Hazardous industrial waste treatment & disposal facilities including Leachate Treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, Electro- Mechanical works and their related infrastructure.
To get the requirement from site/Business unit for new proposals
To review and interpret GA, Structural and Architectural drawings, ensuring all work are aligned with the approved drawings.
Preparing BOQ for capex approval
Taking approval from all concerns & Processing for CWIP Code creation and raising of PRs.
Supporting SCM for placing PO for the same in time
Conduct daily/weekly quantity checks for executed works and verify the quality of materials and workmanship on-site.
Coordinating with Contractor and site engineers for progress of the site works.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Monitoring All Time Safety for all Construction & Erection activities.
Supervise & Guide Execution Teams to ensure adherence to Quality Standards, Project Specifications, Environmental Guidelines & Regulations.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and monitor their usage and minimal wastages at the site.
Prepare and validate bills of quantities (BOQs) and assist in billing and measurement certification of contractor’s & vendor’s Bills.
Participate in quality audits, inspections, and final handover documentation, Capitalisation.
