Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities across multiple telecom projects.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and trackers.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met.
• Support field teams in resolving issues and escalating critical concerns to management.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including site reports, project updates, and compliance checklists.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements, RFP conditions, and regulatory guidelines.
• Track material movement from warehouse to sites and maintain documentation.
• Support billing, invoicing, and closure documentation by collating customer-signed reports and vendor invoices.
• Facilitate review meetings and circulate minutes of meetings (MoM).
• Ensure smooth communication flow and maintain escalation matrix

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 37 years of experience in telecom project coordination/management.
• Good knowledge of telecom networks, installation, and integration activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle vendor/customer interactions effectively.
• Knowledge of BharatNet/FTTH/ISP/Mobile Network rollouts (preferred)
