Job Title: L3 Telecom Network Operations Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 to 8 Years (Relevant Experience) Industry: Telecom / Broadband / Network Operations Company: Cloudberry360 Job Summary: Cloudberry360 is seeking a skilled and experienced L3 Technical Support Engineer to join our technical operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and resolving complex Trouble Tickets (TTs), conducting deep-dive diagnostics using industry-standard tools, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure network stability and SLA adherence for mobile operators, ISPs, and broadband service providers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Tier 3 support for critical customer-impacting issues on 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile and DSL/FTTH/FWA broadband networks. Conduct advanced remote diagnostics on network infrastructure: routers, switches, BNGs, OLTs, base stations (eNodeB/gNodeB) , etc. Utilize diagnostic and analytics tools like Netcracker, SecureCRT, Wireshark, Watch4net , etc., to analyze and resolve faults. Liaise with field engineers, vendors , and partner teams for effective fault isolation and resolution. Monitor, manage, and escalate network alarms using platforms such as Zabbix, Watch4net, SolarWinds . Perform packet capture and traffic flow diagnostics using tools like Wireshark or physical network taps. Verify service provisioning workflows and troubleshoot subscriber issues using CRM/OSS systems . Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents, ensuring preventive action and documentation. Maintain accurate logs of incidents, resolutions, and escalation steps in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC . Required Skills & Qualifications: Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of IP, TCP/UDP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP Tools Expertise: Proficiency with SecureCRT, Wireshark, Watch4net, Netcracker, Putty, NMS/EMS Mobile Networks: Hands-on knowledge of LTE/5G, VoLTE, EPC, eNodeB/gNodeB Broadband Technologies: Familiarity with FTTH, DSL, GPON, ONU/ONT, BNG, OLT OSS/BSS Platforms: Experience with NetAct, Ericsson ENM, Huawei U2000, ZTE NetNumen Other Protocols & Frameworks: Knowledge of TR-069/ACS, SNMP, NetFlow Certifications: ITIL Foundation or Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) certifications preferred
