Job Description

Knowledge of Nokia routers (7250 & 7750)
Good Knowledge on working on MPLS, DDOS, SIEM, Firewalls shall be preferred.
Good Understanding of Routing and Switching protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS, ISIS
Understanding of TCP/IP and other networking protocols like DHCP/DNS/CDP/ARP etc.
knowledge of LAN, WAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP networks, voice and wireless communications
Good Communication and reporting Skills.
Day to Day troubleshooting
Initiate and track RMA cases for hardware failure and break fix.
Link coordination with BSNL
Interaction with OEM and customer on regular intervals
Coordinate and Escalate with L2 for any critical issue impacting large number of users.
Must be ready to work in shifts and travel as when required.
Must be supporting L2 engineer in each and every activity.
Analysis of Daily, Weekly and Monthly traffic reports and necessary actions to improve Network Quality.
Work with onsite Field Engineer to remote in Devices to Configure and Troubleshoot.
