Job Title: L1 Engineer

Job Summary:
We're seeking an L1 Engineer with experience in transport (NPT, EPT, CEN, SDH) and data/IP (MPLS, Internet, SDWAN, Firewall) technologies. You'll work on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, requiring clear communication in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve transport and data/IP issues- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in transport or data/IP- Basic knowledge of NPT, EPT, CEN, SDH, MPLS, Internet, SDWAN, and Firewall- Clear English and Hindi communication- Problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills
