L1 Network Engineer

As an L1 Network Engineer at Connect4Sure Technologies Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WANs, troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPN, cloud connectivity & ISP issues, acting as the first point of contact for ISP escalations, handling incident management, escalation, and documentation, as well as maintaining network performance and generating reports. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field (preferred), possess CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge, have a strong grasp of basics such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and demonstrate excellent communication and real-time support skills. Immediate availability to join in Mumbai is required. Bonus skills that would be beneficial for this role include experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
