Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

=> Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project requirements & objectives.

=> Develop comprehensive project plans tailored to meet client needs, including scope, goals, timelines, & deliverables.

=> Demonstrated effective client management through written & verbal communication with multiple direct clients.

=> Ticket assigning & managing agile board using JIRA & in-house Project management tool.

=> Effectively manage client relationships by serving as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

=> Regularly communicate project progress, updates, & potential challenges to clients, ensuring transparency & alignment.

=> Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT & business initiatives.

=> Allocate project resources in coordination with relevant depts to ensure project success.

=> Coordinate release & sprint planning & conduct daily scrum meetings. Partner with teams to create an overall delivery strategy.

=> Develop realistic project plans/schedules & track the Team’s progress in meeting milestones & deliverables.

=> Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges & maintain project momentum.

=> Implement the processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations & ensure high-quality standards.

=> Facilitate change management processes, documenting & communicating any changes in project scope, schedule, or objectives to clients.

=> Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, & client communications by ensuring project artifacts are organized.

=> Keep the project team well-informed, effectively communicating current status & changes.
