Key Responsibilities:

  • Be available for all client calls
  • Translate between QRC team (English) and client (Bahasa)
  • Attend all client meetings
  • Coordinate closely with our PDM team for smooth coordination 
  • Coordinate with marketing team, GSS team as and when required 
  • Document translation and proof reading as and when required 


Skills:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
