Project Coordinator

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (drawings, inspection reports, approvals).
• Support in quality checks and compliance inspections.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to safety and statutory regulations during project execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports for management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas project execution and equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of safety and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
