Project Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team at Tranquil Builders. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, coordinating with architects, contractors, and workers to ensure timely completion of commercial and residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Project Scheduling:

•⁠ ⁠Create detailed project schedules, including civil, interior, and finishing activities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage timelines, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans

2.⁠ ⁠Collaboration:

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with architects, contractors, and workers to ensure schedule adherence

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues

3.⁠ ⁠Progress Monitoring:

•⁠ ⁠Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions

•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with schedules

4.⁠ ⁠Communication:

•⁠ ⁠Provide regular project schedule updates to stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients

•⁠ ⁠Ensure effective communication among team members, contractors, and stakeholders

5.⁠ ⁠Risk Management:

•⁠ ⁠Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the project team to minimize delays and ensure project completion within timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
