Site Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to effectively manage teams, schedules, and budgets. This role requires a keen understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures to ensure that projects are completed on time and within specifications.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and documentation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs using HeavyBid and tracking expenses.
• Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction site management.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations to promote a safe working environment.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and construction estimating techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts accurately.
• Knowledge of quality control standards within the construction industry.
• Experience with project scheduling and pipeline management.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations related to construction safety.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
