The senior executive-Project management office is an important role within Technology s Installation project coordination function, reporting to the Snr Lead/Lead. As a senior executive PMO, you will be responsible for overseeing the BAU installations of projects and the requirements to full fill the day-to-day installation requirements. This includes taking up ownership of projects assigned, highlighting the issues and risks to the next level, identifying the blockers and proceeding with the action plan to ensure a smooth installation. The team are mostly based in India.

The senior executive-Project management office will be responsible for the completion of BAU installation projects received within RM Technology from sales through proactive coordination and communication, working closely with stakeholders, sales, and engineers, in ensuring that we meet the needs of the customers. As part of this, you will also be responsible for highlighting any issues or risk forecasted that holds in maintaining the key performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performance

Ensure planning and smooth functioning of all installation and migration activities to meet the needs of the customers

Understand customer requirements. Also, to be patient enough to hear the customer completely

Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of the updated status of the project.

Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide administrative support, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-business functions; key stakeholders, sales, installation engineers etc

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including external partners where relevant

As a key member of the extended project team, you will contribute and support the installation, implementation, and review of the requirements and working in strong collaboration with the middle management and SLTs

External Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a single point of contact for the team in their engagements with customers, as and when required

Experience

Skills and Experience

Exp:-2+yrs

You will have proven experience of:
- Successfully driving a continuously improving set of projects, that meet the needs of the market and customers, on time and within budget
- Building a strong professional relationship with customers and key stakeholders
- Adhere and report on Key Performance Indicators that result in continuous improvement and efficiency.
You will be:
- A strong collaborative team player, able to work well with other leaders, to ensure all functions work in concert to deliver high-quality services and outcomes.
- A strong and confident team player, able to demonstrate sound judgment in a variety of complex BAU scenarios
- have excellent planning and organizing skills to juggle between the multiple responsibilities assigned to them.

You will have:

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Good negotiation skills that can be used to bring better output from the suppliers while maintaining a healthy working relation with them.
The ability to operate in a matrix environment, with skills in alignment, collaboration, and joint delivery
The ability to effectively work with teams and projects
