Project Coordinator (Operations)

IMMEDIATE JOINERS

• Coordinate end-to-end localisation/translation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and communicate updates.
• Work closely with translators, linguists, and internal teams to allocate tasks.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain quality control processes and support continuous improvement.
• Use CAT tools, TMS platforms, and AI-assisted tools for smooth operations.

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Languages, Business, or Operations).
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination / operations.
• Strong organisational & multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (English + Hindi; other languages a plus).
• Familiarity with translation/localisation tools is an advantage.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in operational management and process improvement
