Acting as the liaison between clients and the internal team, you will manage communication, gather feedback, and maintain client expectations. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling and documenting meetings, identifying and addressing risks and issues, managing project documentation, and utilizing project management tools for efficient task tracking and communication. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, will be crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 0.6-1 years of experience in project coordination within an IT/software environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp will be advantageous.
