Job Description

OVERVIEW

The position of the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all litigation support projects.


DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the full life cycle of litigation support projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate all phases of the project and accurately estimate timelines for each stage
  • Serve as the primary point of communication (via email and calls) with internal departments, including production, translation, sales, eDiscovery PMs, and globally distributed client services teams
  • Provide timely updates to project managers and clients regarding delivery schedules, progress, and milestones
  • Collaborate with production centers and project managers to clarify project requirements and expectations
  • Negotiate project timelines and vendor rates in coordination with project managers
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and global production/sales teams
  • Monitor and track project status to ensure adherence to deadlines and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant operational procedures and standards
  • Perform quality checks at various stages to guarantee accuracy and consistency
  • Oversee the delivery of final outputs and manage QA/ISO feedback and documentation across project phases
  • Execute any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the manager.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar corporate role
  • High attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and Windows platforms.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project coordination or client services
  • Experience in Litigation support or eDiscovery project management
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Business, or related field).
  • Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in eDiscovery or litigation support project management would be a strong advantage.
