Job Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with experience in managing PPC and SEO projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, communicate with clients, and ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns. You’ll act as the bridge between strategists, creatives, and execution teams to ensure every project hits deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end SEO and PPC projects (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.
  • Work with digital teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns and organic strategies.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines, reports, task checklists, and documentation.
  • Monitor project health — ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with objectives.
  • Track keyword rankings, ad spend, traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare, share and present performance reports with clients and leadership.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks or communication gaps between teams.
  • Assist in auditing websites and ad accounts to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, paid media trends, and digital best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing project coordination or account management
  • Working knowledge of:
  • SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion
  • High attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving mindset and client-centric approach


Nice-to-Have Skills


  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or Shopify platforms
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
