Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and support software development projects from planning through delivery. This role involves coordinating between teams, managing deadlines, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The candidate will also contribute to code quality reviews with support from the technical lead.

Product Understanding & Feature Planning:

Research and understand the product thoroughly.

Propose and help implement new features aligned with current market standards.

Task Assignment & Team Coordination:

Identify the right developers for each task and assign work accordingly.

Monitor task progress and support smooth execution of daily development activities.

Client Interaction & Requirement Management:

Conduct meetings with clients to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
Maintain a clear and organized product backlog for real-time tracking.

Project Deadline Management:

Define project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Identify risks or delays early and coordinate with the team to stay on track.

Code Quality Review:

Review submitted code to ensure it meets quality standards such as proper structure, meaningful comments, and best practices.

Collaborate with the Tech Lead when needed to ensure code is production-ready.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on project progress, risks, and achievements.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee initial testing by developers to ensure functionality and stability.
Conduct final testing before deployment to ensure the product meets all client requirements.

API Testing (as needed):

Perform API-level testing using tools like Postman to verify integrations and data flow.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a software or product development environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with code quality standards, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic development practices.

Ability to collaborate with developers and tech leads to ensure clean, well-documented code.

Experience with project management and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Zoho Projects, Postman).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in a project coordination, QA, or product delivery role.Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
