Project Coordinator (Librarian) (Life Sciences Graduate | US Shift | Mumbai Office)

About the Role

We are looking for Master’s graduates in Life Sciences to join our team as Librarians (Veeva Tool). This role is office-based in Mumbai and requires working in the US shift.

As a Veeva Librarian, you will support pharma content management, referencing, annotation, and compliance workflows within the Veeva Vault system. You will receive full training to manage pharma clients’ content lifecycle efficiently and ensure compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and update documents in Veeva Vault (PromoMats/MedComms)
• Tag, annotate, and maintain accurate referencing for scientific and promotional content
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory requirements and submission guidelines
• Support medical writers, reviewers, and brand teams by maintaining document libraries and trackers
• Perform quality checks on references, elements, materials, and license files before approvals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content review workflows
• Learn and apply industry best practices for pharma documentation and compliance

Mandatory qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in project management in companies focusing on medical content or similar
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Genetics, or related)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Good command over English (written & spoken)
• Willingness to work in a US shift from the Mumbai office (no remote option)
• Eagerness to learn Veeva Vault workflows and pharma compliance
