Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchase, stock maintenance, and dispatch management. Additionally, candidates must possess basic computer knowledge, be local to the area, and have their own vehicle and multimeter. This role requires someone who can manage time efficiently and ensure smooth project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Oversee stock maintenance, ensuring accurate inventory records and tracking usage.

Organize and manage dispatch of materials and equipment to project sites.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, ensuring everything is up-to-date.

Coordinate between various teams (procurement, dispatch, and field teams) to ensure timely execution of projects.

Use PC-based tools (Microsoft Office, inventory software, etc.) to manage data and communication.

Perform basic technical tasks, including the use of a multimeter for testing purposes when needed.

Ensure smooth communication between the project team and clients to maintain timelines.

Travel locally as needed for project-related activities and coordination.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in solar or a related field.

Skills Required:

Experience in purchasing, stock maintenance, and dispatch management.

o

Good organizational and time management skills.

o

Basic knowledge of PC-based tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).

o

Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various teams.

o

Basic technical knowledge (experience with multimeters is a plus).

o

Must be local to the area and have their own vehicle for commuting.

Education: Diploma or degree in any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
