Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator (Fresher) at our company based in Coimbatore, your role will involve supporting the project management team by assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. Your strong organizational and time-management skills will be essential in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and meeting notes, as well as communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project flow. Identifying potential risks or delays and supporting resource allocation and scheduling activities will be among your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. - Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes. - Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project flow. - Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them as needed. - Support resource allocation and scheduling activities. - Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Good verbal and written communication abilities. - Basic understanding of project management concepts. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project. Education: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field (Fresh graduates can also apply).
