Project Coordinator (Civil & Interiors)

As a skilled Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in project planning, coordination, and execution of interior and civil works. Your role will require strong communication, organizational skills, and prior experience in site/project management. - Project Planning: Assist in developing timelines, budgets, and resources allocation plans. - Activity Coordination: Schedule project activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders. - Communication: Act as a bridge between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment. - Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation including project plans, progress reports, and MOMs. - Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, evaluate project progress, and provide regular status updates to management. - Compliance: Assist in obtaining permits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors for project success. - On-Site Support: Provide operational support during site visits, inspections, and client interactions.
