Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Support:
Assist the project manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Coordinate with team members to ensure project deliverables align with timelines.
Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
Communication and Documentation:
Serve as a point of contact for project updates and communication between teams.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, such as meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of project activities and updates.
Resource Coordination:
Schedule and allocate resources, ensuring team members have what they need to complete tasks.
Track project budgets and expenses, flagging discrepancies or risks to the project manager.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Ensure issues are promptly addressed and resolved by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Team Support:
Facilitate team meetings and follow up on action items.
Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team dynamic throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide administrative and logistical support for project activities.
