Professional Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and the Search engines
• Should have interest in video editing and internet surfing.
• Ability and knowledge of preparing briefs for the planning team
• Team player and should have experience working and coordinating a multi-team environment
• Conversationalist who could transform client requirements into conceivable briefs for the planning team

Roles & Responsibility

• The coordinator conducts site visits to ensure the smooth execution of photoshoots. They collaborate with models, arranging their schedules and coordinating logistics to ensure a successful outcome.
• The coordinator actively seeks opportunities to expand the project's reach by identifying and engaging photographers in different states, fostering collaborations, and ensuring a diverse range of visual content.
• The coordinator is responsible for efficiently onboarding new team members/modals/photographers, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to contribute effectively to the project.
• They should possess a profound knowledge of field work, acquired through a minimum of two years of experience as a project coordinator/field executive.
• Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
• Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
• Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Project coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
