Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at our company, your role will involve supporting the project management team by planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth coordination among team members, maintaining project schedules, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. - Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with team members and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are on track and deadlines are met. - Prepare and maintain project-related documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, and updates. - Facilitate communication among team members, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project objectives. - Track resource allocation and ensure proper utilization for project efficiency. - Identify potential project risks and provide timely solutions to mitigate them. - Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role. - Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
