About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Project Engineer to lead and manage our Aluminium and glass fabrication projects from planning to handover. The ideal candidate should have experience in project coordination, site execution, and operations management, with a strong sense of leadership and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute aluminium window, door, and façade projects.
• Supervise daily site operations, installation teams, and fabrication schedules.
• Ensure project completion as per quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage and guide the operations department for smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors for technical and operational matters.
• Prepare BOQs, material lists, and monitor inventory and procurement.
• Oversee manpower planning, cost control, and project reporting.
• Support top management with project progress reports and operational improvements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management or Operations (preferably in Aluminium / Glass Fabrication industry).
• PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience will be a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of aluminium systems, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
