Key Responsibilities : 1. Teaching & Student Development Conduct PE classes as per the school curriculum and schedule. Teach a variety of sports, physical fitness activities, and fundamental motor skills. Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans and maintain student progress records. Identify students’ individual strengths and encourage participation in sports. Reporting and utilising the application. 2. Sports Program Management Organize school-level sports events, competitions, and annual sports day. Train students for inter-school, district, and state-level tournaments. Maintain sports equipment and ensure proper usage, upkeep, and safety. 3. Safety & Discipline Ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical activities. Maintain discipline during PE sessions and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Provide first aid when required and report incidents to the administration. 4. Collaboration & Communication Work with other teachers to support overall student development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance in sports. Support school events and activities as required by the management. Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Certification Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) – preferred . Additional sports certifications (preferred). Experience 1–3 years of experience as a PE Teacher (freshers with strong skills may be considered). Experience coaching at school or district-level tournaments preferred. Skills Strong knowledge of various sports and fitness activities. Excellent communication and motivational abilities. Ability to work with students of various age groups. Good organizational and event management skills. Commitment to student safety and holistic development. Employment Type Full-time Salary As per school norms / based on experience and qualification.
