Project Coordinator

The role involves coordinating daily site activities to ensure that work progresses according to the schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining close communication with site supervisors, installation teams, vendors, and clients. It is essential to ensure that materials, manpower, and machinery are available at the site as per the project requirements. You will work closely with the purchase team for material procurement and delivery, the production team for readiness and dispatch, and the installation team for progress and quality updates. Additionally, you will be in contact with clients, architects, and consultants for approvals and site readiness. Tracking project timelines and flagging any delays or issues to senior management will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to prepare and maintain site progress reports, photos, checklists, and quality documentation. Safety standards and company protocols must be strictly adhered to at all sites. Regular site visits and meetings will be conducted to monitor work progress and resolve any on-ground issues that may arise. Supporting billing and measurement verification in coordination with accounts and site teams is also a part of this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts and morning shifts.
