Site Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including workforce, subcontractors, and materials. · Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications as per drawing, and quality standards. · Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. · Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets the required standards. · Address and resolve any quality issues promptly. · Serve as the main point of contact between site workers and project management. · Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. · Report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manage · Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports. · Ensure efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment. · Order and manage materials and supplies as needed. · Monitor and control site expenditures to stay within budget.
