Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Edge Neoteric Builders, your role involves coordinating and following up with site engineers to ensure timely receipt of bills from vendors and subcontractors. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date tracks of all bills related to the concerned project. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing schedules, project budgets, and specifications for materials and labor, as well as creating project schedules to ensure timely completion of work. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed material requirements for purchase, reviewing and monitoring projects in-depth, and ensuring the schedule of all deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and follow up with site engineers for timely receipt of bills from vendors and subcontractors - Maintain up-to-date tracks of all bills related to the project - Prepare schedules, project budgets, and material/labor specifications - Create project schedules to ensure timely completion of work - Prepare detailed material requirements for purchase - Review and monitor projects in-depth - Ensure the schedule of all deliverables - Plan budget and estimate costs - Track inventory regularly - Train and provide feedback to construction workers and subcontractors - Ensure availability of tools, materials, and equipment - Manage and mitigate risks - Uphold quality construction standards - Visit sites and meet vendors - Ensure proper execution planning Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role - Location preference: Thrissur As a Project Coordinator at Edge Neoteric Builders, you will need expertise in: - Construction Management - Bill of Materials (BOM) for Project Implementation - Subcontractor Management - Project Tracking - Work Flow Planning and Scheduling - Project Budgeting and Risk Identification This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule.,
