Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Edge Neoteric Builders, your main responsibilities will include coordinating with site engineers to ensure timely receipt of bills from vendors and subcontractors, maintaining up-to-date records of all project-related bills, creating project schedules and budgets, preparing detailed material requirements, monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery of all project components, planning and estimating project costs, tracking inventory, providing training and feedback to construction workers and subcontractors, managing and mitigating risks, upholding quality construction standards, visiting sites and meeting vendors, and developing proper execution plans. Candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience are preferred for this role, and it is essential that they are based in Thrissur. Your expertise in construction management, Bill of Materials (BOM) for project implementation, sub-contractor management, project tracking, workflow planning and scheduling, project budgeting, and risk identification will be key to succeeding in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift hours. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.,
