Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited to:

• Project Scheduling & Tracking: Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries. Facilitate effective communication between the Project Manager, internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Risk & Issue Management: Help identify potential project risks or issues and escalate them appropriately to the Project Manager, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
• Administrative Support: Handle necessary administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and supporting the onboarding/offboarding of project resources.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Freshers are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
