Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Noida. The Project Coordinator will oversee project timelines, communicate with stakeholders, ensure deliverables are met, and manage data annotators. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and quality of the data used to train our AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Team Management: Manage workers and candidates, ensuring productivity and reliability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed, and establish business standards for accuracy and productivity.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, data annotations, and any issues or discrepancies encountered, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in project coordination with data annotation industry knowledge or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data annotation and project documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating leadership when necessary.
