Job Overview: Macgence is seeking a trustworthy and responsible Office Boy cum Driver to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling both driving responsibilities and general office duties efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties: Drive company staff, guests, or materials safely to assigned destinations. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle. Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of the vehicle. Keep a log of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service history. Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe driving practices at all times. Office Support Duties: Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests. Handle office cleanliness and basic housekeeping. Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work. Handle document deliveries or bank-related tasks as required. Support administrative staff in routine office tasks. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of driving and office support experience. Valid LMV Driving License. Familiarity with routes in Delhi-NCR. Basic knowledge of office etiquette and cleanliness. Polite, punctual, and disciplined.
