You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationDiscipline and management of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.

Position Title:Senior Manager – AI/ML, GenAI & AgenticAI Delivery lead

Role
SummaryA seasoned delivery leader with over 18 years of experience in system integration and application outsourcing, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, strong governance capabilities, and cross-functional leadership across enterprise platforms and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions including demos, sprint reviews, and deployment planning.

Ensure successful execution of complex AI solutions across enterprise environments.

Manage and mentor a team of 20+ professionals across engineering and operations.

Collaborate with client & internal stakeholders across various Accenture functions to align delivery with business goals.

Oversee licensing, subscriptions, and compliance workflows (e.g., Google & AWS licensing and subscriptions).

Own governance and compliance for data platforms including regulatory alignment, application security, and risk assessment tracking.

Drive adoption of SynOps assets including both voice and non-voice intelligent solutions.

Manage stakeholder communications, reporting, and escalation handling.________________________________________Required Skills

Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Governance, and AI/ML solutioning.

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex deployments.

Strong knowledge of GenAI platforms, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with enterprise AgenticAI frameworks is a plus.________________________________________Technical Leadership Requirements

Hands-on experience in either:o.NET / Full-stack developmentoPython programming

Strong understanding of cloud platforms and architecture (AWS / Azure /GCP etc).
