Project Associate II (Chartered Accountant)

Essential Qualification:

The candidates should have:

• CA or equivalent with at-least 2 years of post-qualification experience

Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent grade in percentage/grade points from Graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and auditing (3–8 years preferred, depending on role seniority).
• Manage budgeting, variance analysis, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury management.
• Implement cost control measures and optimise resource allocation.
• Support management with MIS reports, financial modelling, and business analytics.
• Drive process improvements, automation of accounting systems, and digital tools adoption.
• Ensure ethical financial practices and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
• Hands-on experience with taxation (direct & indirect), GST compliance, and tax planning
• Preparation of budgets in line with GFR norms and Advises on tender processes, bids, and procurement to ensure they comply with GFR requirements (e-procurement, transparency, competition).
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Prior experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization.
• Experience in dealing with external stakeholders—auditors, banks, regulators, and consultants.
