Project Associate

We’re looking for a smart, multi-talented Project Associate who can think creatively, act proactively, and bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of new initiatives and drive projects from concept to execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance school programs and operations through innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership, faculty, and staff to plan and implement projects successfully.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to content creation, social media presence, and design support (Canva, writing, etc.) where needed.

You Should Have:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, drive for innovation, and commitment to success.
• Excellent communication skills — both written & spoken.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, content writing, or social media management.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects with initiative and accountability

Contract length: 24-36 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
