Project Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Good verbal communication skills
• Should have high grasping power towards client's requirements.
• Good Listening and Convincing skills.
• Interest over in learning new things.
• Prompt in updating information to team head(s).
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and planning to delivery and post-implementation review
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with client to gather, document, and validate needs.
• Prepare reports, models, and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and other client to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of project objectives.
• Communicate project updates and status reports regularly to client and senior management.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
• Preparing the timeline and documentation for project development and maintaining it.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education

  - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field to Computer Science.

• Candidates with career gap are allowed and accepted.

• Being fresher opening , we accept passedout candidates of 2023 and before 2023, currently we are not recruiting 2024 and 2025 batches.

• Prefered candidates residence location to be in and around office location , Mangadu

• No Work from home option

  , should come to office on daily basis
• Will be involved in project requirement gathering.
• Monitor project progress keeping track of timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinating between client and development team
• Provide regular updates to the clients and be the primary point of contact
• Visiting client's place.
• Preparing the timeline and documentation for project development and maintaining it.
• Suggest workflow improvements to help streamline processes using technology
• Handling client's support tickets raised and following up, till the closure of the tickets.
• Updating entries in MIS.
• Updating the reports to management.
• Added advantage - Candidate having two-wheeler will be preferred, Client visit travel conveyance extra (weekly payout)
